"I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your wonderful service and products.
My boss and I run after school ceramic classes and also sell Christmas platters during the holidays. Our classes run 6 weeks long and average about 20 to 30 students per session. Over the holidays we sell anywhere from 50 to 100 platters. I am branching out into other schools this year so I may be in the market for a kiln soon.
I have spent the last 3 years dealing with a local ceramic supplier (which by the way, is out of business today), trying to conduct business. What a nightmare!!! Not sure if any of you have ever been to South Florida, but customer service is very hard to find around these parts. Needless to say, I would order paint and bisque from them and either it would take forever to get or once I did receive it, it was usually defective or broken. My boss Anne and I became increasingly frustrated with our local supplier and decided to go on line to look for someone else and that's where we found Bisque Imports. Your customer service is incredibly efficient and we actually get what we order (What a concept)!!! I have dealt with many other suppliers and no one compares to Bisque Imports. Every time we place an order and receive our emailed invoice/UPS notice, my boss and I just look at each other and verbally declare why we love you guys so much. The word that always comes to mind is EFFICIENCY. Your customer service reps are extremely helpful and are always there to answer any questions we have. We know what we are getting and actually get it in a timely manner.
