Mr. Blowfish is the head boss of all Mighty Tots. He is trying to take over the world. Other Mighty Tots labeled him the head cheese because he is so puffed up and full of himself. Put Mr. Blowfish on your desk to remind you that no matter how hard you think it gets - it even harder to hold your breath forever. He always looks all puffy & that is hard to do all the time. You got to hand it to him - even though all his ocean buddies are goofy - he is always blown up. Chatty is a quack and that Chubbs is just funny.
