for orders under 50.00 euros. 

Additional Shipping Charge:  There will be an additional

shipping charge for orders shipped outside the European Union.

There may be an additional charge for locations not open during

the hours of 8am-5pm local time. 

Backorders:  Bisque Imports Europe will notify you of any back-

orders and also when the backorders are ready for shipping.

Damage Freight:  Notify Bisque Imports Europe of shipping damage

once receiving your packages.  Damage claims not accepted

after 5 days of receiving packages.

Pallet Shipments:  Bisque Imports will contact you regarding

shipments of pallet size orders before shipping. (Will ship within

3 days.  Inside delivery if needed.)
