Felecia Caldwell

"Be strong when you are weak, be brave when you are scared, and be humble when you are victorious."

Felicia joined the BI Crew in 2020 and was promoted to Customer Service Team Lead in August, 2021! She was born in Gallipolis, Ohio, but graduated right down the road from East Gaston High! She likes to say, "I was born in the North yet raised in the South. NC is my home!" She found her way here to BI, and she loved it so much she decided to stay with us!

BI is the best job for her so far since there is never a dull moment around here, but on the off chance she isn't feeling the good vibes she can always go home to her husband and children to cook their family meal together. She is determined to make her children proud and continue being the great mom that she is.

If a genie could give Felecia three wishes, she would use only one: to spend one more day with her mom!
