"Have a mind that is open to everything and attached to nothing." - Tilopa

Lisa has been working at BI as a Resource & Training Director since September of 2020. Born in Baltimore, she graduated from the University of Maryland. Fun fact: Lisa was a member of Delta Delta Delta in college at the same time that SNL ran a regular skit with ridiculous sorority girls who said, "Delta Delta Delta, can I help ya help ya help ya?"

Lisa found her way to BI by unleashing brainfuls of ideas on how to help create strong, successful studios! Her favorite BI bisque piece is Chloe, and her favorite thing about working for BI is helping studio owners.

Lisa likes to go home and relax to some HGTV and a nice cup of hot tea. In her off time, she love spending time on the water: floating in a boat, kayak, or waverunner.

Lisa's favorite mantra is "choose happiness," and her favorite place in the world is on the front porch of her farmhouse. The best days in her life were the days her two girls came into the world.
