Bisque Imports is a leader in the ceramic industry and it is our goal to supply quality bisque at competitive prices, expand our product offerings to meet market demands and provide superior customer service. As a wholesale company, we understand the unique needs of our wholesale customers and strive to provide an efficient ordering process.



We do not sell to the public and pricing on our website is password protected. Only qualified buyers may access pricing and purchase from Bisque Imports. To become a Bisque Imports customer please visit our New Customer Area and register for an account. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. Order Processing

Bisque Imports has a minimum order of $50.00. A $10.00 minimum order fee applies for all orders under $50.00. Orders under $50.00 cannot be submitted online and must be submitted by phone. All orders are processed in the order they are received in our accounting system. Orders can be submitted online through our website, by phone or by fax. Any additions to the order will be treated as a separate order. You will receive an email confirmation for your order.



Rush Order Processing

For an additional fee of $10.00, orders can be shipped same day if received by 1:00pm EST. If order is received after 1:00pm EST and rush order has been checked the order will ship the next business day. This applies to standard sized orders that would ship via regular ground service and that are not considered for freight shipment. If the order needs to be palletized for shipping, we may unable to rush process the order; therefore, the rush order fee would not be charged. Rush Order Processing is different than Express Shipping. For Express Shipment options please see information below.



Special Orders

Special Order items may take longer to receive, thus they will ship separately from the rest of your order. In cases such as glass or bisque kits, Bisque Imports reserves the right to substitute similar products.



Shipping

Bisque Imports strives to ship orders within 1-2 business days and palletized orders within three business days. During special promotions and trade shows orders may require more time for fulfillment. Shipping charges are 10% of the order, for standard ground service, in the contiguous US. For Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping, actual shipping charges apply. Orders over $500.00 net ship free in the contiguous US.

Once the order has shipped a notification is emailed to you that includes tracking information. You may also track your order by visiting www.fedex.com All duties, taxes and broker fees for International shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bisque Imports retains complete discretion in determining the most efficient and cost effective method of shipping. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.



Express Shipping

Bisque Imports offers express shipping through FedEx for customers that need their product quickly. Shipping charges for express shipments are based on zip code and weight of the order. Customers will be given a quote for express shipments and must approve the shipping amount before Bisque Imports will ship the order. Customers are responsible for the total cost of express shipping.


We offer the following options for express shipping:


  • – FedEx First Overnight: Delivery by 8:30 am depending on zip code and coverage

  • – FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivery by 10:30am (extended areas can be noon or 4pm)

  • – FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery by 3pm (extended areas up to 4:30pm)

  • – FedEx 2nd Day AM: Delivery on 2nd business day by 10:30am

  • – FedEx 2nd Day: Delivery on 2nd business day by 4:30pm

  • – FedEx Express Saver: Delivery on 3rd business day by 4:30pm

Express shipping with Saturday delivery must be requested and is only available in certain areas.


A $30 fee will be charged to the customer for any returned checks.



Damages, Returns, and Credits

After receiving your order please use the packing slip as a check list to ensure everything was properly delivered. If the boxes were visibly damaged by the carrier, please take a moment to take pictures and email them to customerservice@bisqueimports.com

If you have missing or broken items, please report them to Bisque Imports within 10 days of receiving your order to receive an in-house credit.

If items were missing, they will be re-sent to you, if requested, after an in-house credit has been issued (in the contiguous US only).

If items were broken, a credit will be issued to your in-house account and applied to your next order.

If for some reason you would like to return merchandise to Bisque Imports, once received unbroken, you will receive an in-house credit. Boxes returned to Bisque Imports must be marked accordingly and have all information inside the box. Return shipments to Bisque Imports are the sole responsibility of the customer.



Limitations of Liability

BISQUE IMPORTS DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, MISREPAIR OR MISAPPLICATION. ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. BISQUE IMPORTS' LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.
