Bisque Imports is ONE CLASS "A" COMPANY!! I made an order last weekend Saturday May 25th, forgetting that the following Monday was Memorial Day May 27th. I needed some of the product by end of day Thursday May 30th and wasn't sure if they would arrive in time. So I called BI & spoke with Kim, and she helped & ensured me that I would receive the items purchased in time. Later in the day my online payment had a problem processing, and Kim stayed in contact with me to help ensure the items were still going to get to me on time. Where my wife and I are both thankful, shocked, amazed, and grateful is that even though I couldn't get my online payment to go through that day, Tuesday May 28th, BI still shipped out all products to get them to me on time. Just wanted to let you know that we haven't had any problems of shivering with your bisque since you've been sending out pieces made with your new clay body. It seems now that Bisque Imports is the the only bisque I'm receiving that DOESN'T shiver...I'm having a lot of problems with others though, and, as you can imagine, it's very frustrating. Thank you to all of you at BI who took the time to recognize the problem early on and find a solution.
