Jennifer Robinson

Jennifer Robinson has been working as a customer service representative since February 2021. She was promoted to Customer Service and Fulfillment Supervisor in November 2023. She was born in Caldwell County and graduated from South Caldwell High School!

Fun fact about Jennifer, she went to school with country singer, Eric Church!

When she is not working at BI, Jennifer loves to go home and relax with her husband and kids, and she is passionate about her children, Gavin and Ragan.

Her favorite places in the world are the mountains and the beach, and one day, she would like to visit Alaska to see the Northern Lights. She is motivated by her family, and the best days of her life were the days she had her children.
